With over a decade of experience in the polyurethane and specialty chemicals sector, he plays a pivotal leadership role in driving commercial growth, technical innovation, and strategic partnerships across key industries such as insulation, construction, automotive, and general manufacturing.
Recognized for his deep understanding of polyurethane systems, Ravinder bridges product innovation with evolving market needs. At Tajchem, he leads regional business development, manages key customer relationships, and oversees a dynamic, multinational team — all while collaborating closely with global partners to deliver sustainable, high-performance solutions tailored to the region’s demands.

Mr Ali Ihsan is the CEO of Alexandria Steel Forming Company (AlexForm), a leading manufacturer of insulated metal panels, cold-formed steel sections, and solar panel support structures. With over 21 years of experience in industrial manufacturing and building envelope solutions, 15 years of which has been in the U.A.E, Ali has spearheaded strategic growth initiatives across local and international markets, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and excellence. With his efforts in MENA region and beyond, Ali Ihsan has been instrumental in promoting the adoption of PU-based technologies in modern building systems. His expertise spans sustainable insulation, energy-efficient, high-performance cladding systems and industrial applications, aligning with regional priorities like UAE’s Net Zero 2050.
Ali Ihsan has also specialized in fire testing and compliance for insulated panel systems, with a focus on minimizing property loss risks and advancing safer, more sustainable building practices. His work in this area contributes directly to loss prevention frameworks and aligns with global sustainability goals by ensuring that energy-efficient construction does not compromise fire resilience. As a member of the MEFPU Advisory Board, Ali Ihsan brings deep industry insight and a forward-thinking perspective on the integration of safety, performance, and environmental responsibility in prefab and modular construction across the MENA region.
Ashutosh Joshi is the Business Development Manager – Middle East & North Africa at Bostik, with 22 years of experience in the construction industry. A specialist in construction chemicals, he focuses on sealing, bonding, and wall & floor solutions across the MENA region. At Bostik, Ashutosh leads regional business development, overseeing supply chain, sales, and customer support while driving strategic partnerships and market responsiveness. He is also spearheading efforts to establish a regional manufacturing facility. Previously, he held key roles including Regional Business Development Manager (EMEA) at Sika AG and Managing Director – Qatar at ParexGroup, where he led manufacturing and sales. Ashutosh holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Punjab University and an MBA in International Business from Madonna University. Outside work, he enjoys traveling and exploring the world by road.
Mr. Nabil Shahin brings over 25 years of experience in the HVAC industry, having held senior technical and commercial leadership roles with leading global HVAC companies. His expertise spans product R&D, design, testing, manufacturing, and marketing, with a strong focus on energy efficiency and regulatory compliance.
He possesses in-depth knowledge of international HVAC technologies, standards, and policies across the US, Europe, and the MENA region, and maintains direct engagement with key regulatory and government bodies. Mr. Shahin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee State University, USA.
Mr Spyra works as the Executive Director for polyurethane feedstocks and aromatics in the EMEA region for Chemical Market Analytics since 2016. As a key resource within CMA for understanding and providing insights into the petrochemical industry, he works closely with the oil and petchem as well as financial industries. Prior to joining CMA, he worked in the chemical industry in various sales, marketing and global business management roles at IHS, Ineos, Innovene and BP.
Shrini Menon currently works as the Commercial and Specifications Manager at Kingspan Insulated Panels, Dubai, which is a part of the global leader in insulation solutions – Kingspan Group. He oversees specifications and design driven business development and supports the sales team in the Middle Eastern markets.
With a career spanning 25 plus years in the industry based in Dubai, Mr. Menon has previously held the position of general manager in Rigidal Industries, prior to Kingspan Group’s acquisition of that business in Dubai. He did a brief stint at Kingspan’s Indian operations for 3 years before returning to Kingspan Dubai earlier this year and is well acquainted with business nuances of the Indian sub-continent, as well as the ME region.
Mr. Menon holds an MBA in International Sales from the University of Leicester, and a bachelor’s degree in physics from St. Xavier’s University, India. He is well known and respected amongst the architects and design fraternity, as well as contractors and builders in the region.
